Yes, they can join the session and be part of the memories made. No extra fee for one set of Grandparents. However, if you have more than one set of grandparents or planning a multi-generation family photoshoot, do reach out to us. We’ll be happy to understand your requirements and recommend the most suitable arrangement.

More than happy to have your fur kids join in your sessions. We are very pet friendly :)

Yes, we do. All the props you see in our portfolio ranging are ours. We keep adding props and make new setups too.
Balloon Decor/Arches can cost anything between $20 - $80 depending on the theme chosen

Any area or a set created by us to photograph is a theme. It can be as simple and elegant as a plain or painted backdrop, it can be extravagant with a lot of props and danglers or it can be the best of both worlds.

Definitely yes, you may select themes for your sessions. We can suggest depending on the outfits that you have selected for your shoot. We will have a pre-shoot consultation over the phone or whatsapp, where we will discuss setups as well as your wardrobe options.

We recommend to keep it simple, avoiding alot of prints, patterns etc. For family/group photos please do carry similar shades of light coloured tops/shirts paired with denim bottoms or dark shades of tops/shirts paired with Khaki/beige or Denim bottoms.

For Kids, we do have alot of options for girls upto 3 year old and some options for boys upto 3 years old. We will have a pre-shoot consultation over the phone where we will discuss wardrobe and setups as well.

We understand that sometimes, kids can be moody, cranky or take time to adjust to new surroundings, and that's why we suggest you to book a slot at the time when you know your child will be the happiest, which is usually after his/her nap. You may also carry your child's favourite snack and toys.

We do not rush into the session immediately and hence we will have ample time for your child to get acquainted with our studio. However, If everything fails, we can reschedule once to the next available weekday slot at no extra cost. Please refer to our cancellation policy for more details on the same.

Yes, we regularly work with a few makeup artists. They know our style of work and understand makeup for studio lighting. Hair & Make up would be an additional $130 -$150 (subject to availability)

There alot of beautiful parks for us to shoot at, including, Gardens by the bay, Jurong Lake park, Bishan-AMK park, The Botanic Gardens, Upper Seletar Reservoir etc. We can also shoot at your home.

A $300 deposit is to be paid to secure your date and slot. The remaining to be paid immediately after the session.

Once we've completed the initial round of selection, we'll send you a link to an online gallery with watermarked images and instructions on how to proceed with the final selection. You can expect to receive this within 10 days. After you confirm your selection, the final images will be delivered via an online gallery within 21 days.
Please note that delivery for prints and minor edits (for all photos) might take an additional 7-10 working days.
For any additional orders like prints, albums, frames, etc., the delivery time may vary, and we'll provide you with the necessary information during the order placement.

You have the flexibility to choose whether to pick up the physical deliverables from our studio or have them delivered at actual cost. We're committed to making the process convenient and ensuring you have a delightful experience with us.

We understand that plans may change, and if you need to reschedule your session, kindly notify us at least 48 hours in advance. We'll do our best to accommodate your request and find the next available date for you. However, rescheduling with less than 48 hours notice may result in forfeiting your Booking Deposit. The decision will be at the studio's discretion, depending on the circumstances of each case.

While the Booking Deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable, we will convert it into a credit that you can use for a future session. This credit will be valid for 6 months. In case of any changes to our fees, any excess amount will be payable accordingly.
