Rejin and Disha Photography - Terms and Conditions.

Booking a Photo Session with Rejin and Disha Photography is accepted based on agreement by the client of the terms and conditions stated herein.

Payments For Session: 50% of the session fee is to be paid in advance to secure your date and time slot. The remaining 50% to be paid immediately after the session.
You may go for the ‘All Photos’ Top Up after you receive the photos for selection, however, the top-up amount has to be paid in advance for us to proceed with editing.
Payment for Keepsake Products: For Albums, a design/layout proof will be sent to you via email. Any changes to the design/layout needs to be suggested at one go. One set of changes to the design is included in the album fee, further changes to the design/layout will be charged at $20 per set of changes.
For Albums, Prints, Frames, Canvas etc, the amount has to be paid in full while placing order.
Travel Costs: The travel costs within mainland Singapore is included in the outdoor packages. Additional distances, hotel/venue bookings and other logistics, if needed, will incur a surcharge and will be discussed on a case to case basis.
Cancellation, Reschedule and Punctuality Policy: The Booking Deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable, however, we will convert it to a credit which can be used for a future session. The Credit shall be valid for 6 months and if there is any revision to our fees, the excess will be payable.
Let us know at least 72 hours in advance and reschedule your session to the next available date. Less than 72 hours and you may forfeit your Booking Deposit. This would be solely at the studio's discretion and on a case to case basis. Rescheduling will be done only once, after which you will forfeit the Booking Deposit.
In a scenario where the shoot is not going on as planned (child falls sick mid-shoot, extremely moody, cranky, etc), we will offer you a one time reschedule to the next available weekday slot. If that fails too, we will deliver whatever pictures we have been able to shoot.
If you do not turn up for your session, or are more than 30 minutes late, we retain the right to cancel your session and you will forfeit your booking fee.
If for an unfortunate circumstance, where we are unable to shoot, we will offer you to reschedule to the next available date, or will refund the full booking amount.
For Newborn Sessions: Due to the uncertainty of the exact arrival day of your baby, a certain flexibility for booking newborn sessions will apply. Get in touch with us during your pregnancy so that we can pencil in a tentative date. Then you may call us after your delivery so that we can block a date and confirm your booking. Please do call us as soon as possible so that we can get you a date within 2 weeks of delivery. We will try our very best to schedule your session as soon as possible, however, its subject to availability.

Weather Policy for Outdoor Sessions:
•⁠ In case of rain before the session (prior to arrival at the venue):
Complimentary rescheduling to another outdoor session or shifting to a studio session on the same day or an alternate day, at no additional charge.
•⁠ In case of rain during the Session (after arrival at the venue or midway through the session)
⁠Complimentary rescheduling to a studio session, with the number of themes/sets will be advised based on the portion of the session completed, or rescheduling to another outdoor session for a fee of $100
Please note: Rescheduling is subject to slot availability.
Delivery: The final images will be sent via an online gallery within 21 days after we receive confirmation of your selection. However, this is subject to illness and/or other unforeseen circumstances. We will keep you posted if such a situation arises.
The delivery period for the Complementary Memory box with Prints and USB Drive might take an additional 7 working days.
Delivery for additional prints, albums, frames or any other additional orders may vary and will be advised while you place the order.
Copyright & Model Release: The photographs from our sessions are for your personal usage, personal social media and keepsake only.
No photographs may be copied or reproduced for any kind of commercial purposes including but not limited to Billboards, Standees, Stock Images, Branding etc.
It is understood that the client releases copyright of all photographs to us and we retain the permission to use any image of our photo sessions for any general marketing and advertising purposes.
All brands under Jessys Productions is entitled to use all images produced by us for Social media, Marketing, exhibitions, print marketing etc.
If you do not wish to have your images used by us, please do notify us with an official email at hi@rejinanddisha.sg before your session.
Harassment: If any member of our team experience any inappropriate, threatening, hostile or offensive behavior from any Client, the Client’s guest(s) or the Vendors/Staff hired by the client (including, but not limited to, unwelcome sexual advances, verbal or physical abuse, we reserve all rights to end the shoot immediately and request the client to leave our studio or we will leave the venue if its an outdoor session or event coverage.
We shall be entitled to retain all monies paid hereunder. The Client agrees to relieve, and hold us and our team harmless as a result of incomplete session or event(s) photography coverage and we shall deliver available images to the client.
Storage and Misc: We take utmost care for storage of all Data produced by us with multiple back ups. However, we are not liable for any loss occurred due to theft, natural calamities or any accidents caused by fire, electric surges etc. In any case, our liability does not exceed the monies paid by the client and shall be converted to credit (valid for 6 months).
